SEA2010

Aeroflex  SEA2010 is a two-component thermally conductive RTV silicone sealant for insulating and protecting electrical and electronic components from application and environmental stresses. This rubber-like compound resists shock and vibration, intended for exclusion of moisture and corrosive agents. High conductivity makes Aeroflex  SEA2007 suitable for electronic components or packaging requiring heat dissipation while sealed.

  • Easy to mix and use
  • Heat dissipation
  • RoHS compliant
  •

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

  • LED lighting driver
  • Power modules / Inverters
  • Transformers / Ballasts
  • Sensors product
  • Electric control units

USE PROCESS

1. Weighing: first, stir the contents in each container to avoid precipitate, then correctly weigh part A and part B.
2. Mixing: pour part B into part A and mix.
3. Potting: apply adhesive mixture onto electronic component as soon as possible.
4. Curing: complete curing process may take 10 to 24 hours at room temperature after less than half an hour of primary curing process. Elevated temperature will accelerate the process time.
