Aluminum honeycomb waveguide ventilating board refers to the assembly part formed by installing the micropore aluminum honeycomb core in the sectional aluminum framework. Its shielding property is mainly realized through the cut-off waveguide principle of the aluminum honeycomb material. The most common hole diameter of the aluminum honeycomb core is 3.2mm. Waveguide perforated plate possesses very high EMI shielding effectiveness and favorable capacity of ventilation.
The corrosion resistance and shielding effectiveness of aluminum honeycomb product can be enhanced through the conductive surface oxidation using chromate technique. The other technique is realized through the double-layer honeycomb structure. Its basic principle is to choose two perforated plates with a hole diameter of 6.4mm; the perforated plates are staggered and form an angle of 90° on each layer, and then superposed mutually and combined with the framework, which finally forms a perforated plate with a hole diameter of 3.2mm.
