The conductive shielding layer of Aerobon's MG series shielding glass is the wire mesh film with high light transmittance. The wire mesh is made with special techniques and materials, and has a large visible area and good transmittance. Its special coating can realize the low reflectivity; with the perfect fitting between the excellent optical cement and glass, it can not only have favorable electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, but also has as high as 86% light transmittance.
Besides the fitting of a double-layer structure, such wire mesh film can also be closely stuck to the single-glass base material to form a special single-layer structure, which can effectively reduce the thickness of the shielding glass to 1.1mm; such product is very suitable for the optical shielding of a light and thin structure. The base material can also be selected flexibly. Both float glass base material and organic glass base material can be used in the single-layer and double-layer structure.
Product Characteristic and Strength Linear diameter of wire mesh: 8um, surface resistivity: ≤0.25Ω / sq, 85OPI (mesh), visible area: 95% |

Remarks:Confirmation of product drawings:Shielded glass optical productsare customized products for customers. There are still many technical details after the basic size and performance are confirmed. For example, size tolerance, chamfer size, edge shape and width, etc. Therefore, it is necessary for both parties to make final confirmation through drawings before the product is put into production.
The default screen mesh is 85 meshes.
The option table shows the conventional and recommen ded sizes of the product, and Nystein is able to make special customizations according to customer drawings.
