MG wire mesh series shielding glass is a kind of translucent shielding device resistant to electromagnetic radiation and electromagnetic interference which involves various fields like optics, electricity, metal materials, chemical raw materials, glass, and machinery. Among them, our unique 8um linear diameter 85-mesh metal mesh film can not only improve the shielding effectiveness, but also have the translucent effect better than that of any other similar products. We can provide a series of shielding solutions according to your display requirement. Meanwhile, we also provide the self-developed products for the glass assembly, such as conductive adhesive, conductive gasket and others.
CA plated shielding glass adopts the vacuum sputter technique to form a compact ITO conducting film (indium tin oxide semiconductor transparent conducting film, nanoscale) on the surface of the glass or organic glass; it has the strengths of high light transmittance, no optical distortion, and strong environmental adaptability. The resistance of ITO conducting film surface is usually about 5Ω~15Ω; it can be customized according to the customer requirement as high light transmittance shielding window.
Aerobon provides the electric heating solutions and produces its products according to customer's requirements for product heating power and application environment. The product is used for frost prevention, demisting, heat startup, and LCD in outdoor extreme conditions. It makes the heating shielding glass according to the customer's design drawing, corresponding structural size, visible area, electrode, lead, and superimposable electromagnetic shielding applications.
All of Aerobon optical products are provided with the anti-glare-AG and anti-reflection-AR option. Such surface treatment can increase the overall transmittance, reduce glare and reflection, and make the surface more wearable. In addition, the customized silk screen printing can also be included in these designs. Such treatment method can also be customized and used in MG series and CA series of shielding windows, touch screens and suits. In the meanwhile, we have different ways of wrapping to realize the direct conduction and earthing of the shielding glass and structural frame according to the customer's structural features.
