Tin-Plated Copper Foil Tape

EFTAP-03 series foil tape is made of electrically conductive
Tin-plated copper. Electrically conductive PSA, with release paper applied for protection, can be selected for easy assembly.
Tin plated layer has good weldability and protects its copper core against oxidation and corrosion. Both corrosion of base material which the foil tape is applied on and soldering joints do not affect the shielding effectiveness..

DIRECTIONS FOR USAGE

The conductive surface must be clean, free from residue, oil, etc. When necessary, use fine sandpaper or appropriate solvent to wipe the mounting surface.
Before using, the protection release paper must be removed. 2KG force should be applied after pasting to ensure proper bonding between the contact surface and the foil tape.
At room temperature, full adhesion can be achieved after 24 hours.

STORE

Suggested storage condition is 22 ˚C ~25˚C, humidity 55%-65%  indoor environment. Quality guarantee period is 6 months from manufacturing date.
