Aluminum Foil - EFTAP-02

Aerobon EFTAP - 02 conductive aluminum foil tape is the aluminum foil tape with high-purity aluminum foil as the base material covered by environmental friendly conductive adhesive or non-conductive adhesive. The product has favorable conductivity and viscosity, as well as relatively strong adhesive force and ageing resistance. It's attached to the joint of aluminium laminated film to prevent temperature loss.
The product can be cut as a whole or molded through die cutting for the convenience of use.EFTAP 02 conductive aluminum foil tape is mainly used for electromagnetic shielding. The conductive aluminum foil is placed on the substrate and combined with the metal base to realize favorable conductivity and provide better electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.

STORE

Suggested storage condition is 22 ˚C ~25˚C, humidity 55%-65%  indoor environment. Quality guarantee period is 6 months from manufacturing date. 

DIRECTIONS FOR USAGE

The conductive surface must be clean, free from residue, oil, etc. When necessary, use fine sandpaper or appropriate solvent to wipe the mounting surface.
Before using, the protection release paper must be removed. 2KG force should be applied after pasting to ensure proper bonding between the contact surface and the foil tape.
At room temperature, full adhesion can be achieved after 24 hours.
