Aerobon ECFN series ultra-thin through-hole conductive foam is made by drilling pin holes on the polydolefin foam homogeneously before electroplating with copper/nickel layers. The material shows good conductivity and has smaller thickness tolerance. Die-cutting is easy. The thickness ranges from 0.1mm to 1.5mm.
Polyolefin foam is thin and light, easy for processing. After metallization, it can be applied to many application scenarios by simple die cutting or slicing, such as liner, I/O interface, etc.
Because the omni-conductive polyolefin foam is weak on tear resistant. It is recommended to combined with the conductive non-woven fabric adhesive tape to be used in tear resistant occasions.
