Aerobon ECF-P series omni-conductive material is made of polyurethane composite material through foaming technology. The sponge cell size is consistent. Material is soft, highly resilient, and strong corrosion resistance. The foam has big elasticity and favorable vibration-proof effectiveness. By electroplating the foam with conductive metal, the material becomes conductive. For assembly, conductive fabric normally is used as reinforcement layer of they PSA tape to be applied on the back of the conductive foam. The foam is electroplated. The electroplated coating has three layers which are respectively the nickel, copper, and nickel layers. The coating ensures the effective conductivity. The outermost nickel layer can also increase the antiseptic property of the material.
