This material can handle the constantly increasing computing speed of the micro-processing unit of computer, telecommunication equipment and other electronic devices.With the unique technology, we offers fire retardant omni-conductive foam, and can provide natural color and black for you to choose. Omni-conductive foam is applicable to low-compression reciprocal applications, such as I/O port shielding and other non-shear force standard connectors. Customized parts are available through die cutting, perforating, and punching processes. This material is particularly useful to the shapes where conventional material is hard to make or fit into.

Optional Dimensions AEROBON provides the all-sided conductive foams of various thickness for you to choose. The customizable thickness is 0.3mm to 9.0mm (the minimum order amount is 200 m2 or the equivalent specification). The application can be further customized through die cutting, laminating or assembling of other flexible or metallic materials. |
Guarantee Period and Storage Conditions 12 months since the date of shipping; it shall be stored in a sealing bag in a temperature of 0-40 ℃. It's suggested to be stored in a low humidity environment (below 50%). |

Operating Temperature After AEROBON conductive foam is used for years at -40℃~70℃, it can still maintain favorable resilience force and its resistance is slightly changed. It's not recommended to be used for a long time in a hot environment. |
