High Temperature Silicone Based Core - EFOS - SILICONE


Aerobon EFOS - SILICONE conductive FOF product is made by wrapping the high resilience silicon foam with conductive fabric, with conductive adhesive backing. Its products provide an excellent solution for EMI application. Aerobon silicone core FOF is classified into DC15-ST2225, DC15-ST2235, and DC15-STHT80 three product lines. Their core marital are foamed using low-density silicone rubber, which is different from common foam materials. This material is an environmental friendly. It products are resistance to compression and deformation. They also have good electrical insulation and fire retardant properties. Products can endure high temperature, ultraviolet rays, ozone and other extreme weathers. Mechanical shock resistance is another key benefit.Operating temperature at -60~240℃ make the products widely used for cushioning, sealing, and sound absorption in automotive, EV battery pack, aviation, and telecommunication designs.
