Heat Pipe

Brief Introduction

The heat pipe is generally composed of a tube shell, a channel with capillary action, and a medium to transfer heat. The heat pipe itself forms a high vacuum closed system. Along the axis, the heat pipe can be divided into three sections, namely, the evaporation section, the adiabatic section and the condensing section.

The working principle of heat pipe is as follows: when the heating section of heat pipe is heated, the liquid in the capillary core evaporates and vaporizes, the steam flows to the condensing section under the action of pressure difference, the steam liquefies when cooled, and the liquid returns to the evaporating section by the capillary force of the capillary structure inside the tube. This circulates heat from one end of the tube to the other.
