AERO-CURE SG-701M


AERO-CURE SG-701M is a single, non-slump, highly flexible, silicone gasket material cured at room temperature designed for sealing. The material is applied onto the substrate using Aerobon Form-In-Place dispenser, which is an automated programmable system for dispensing non-conductive and/or conductive elastomer for EMI shielding and grounding gaskets.
AERO-CURE SG-701M has low hardness, good elasticity and low compression set. It bonds well to metal and plastic surfaces by reasonable adhesive force. So it is quite ideal for telecom base stations, PDAs, radios, handheld terminal and consumer electronic products.

Dispensing Size

  • Minimum: width 0.6 × height 0.4 (mm)
  • Recommended: width 1.0 × height 0.73 (mm)
  • Maximum: width 2.5 × height 1.7 (mm)

Note:
1. Dispensing cross section defaults to D shape, Δ shape is determined as per actual product.
2. When dispensing size exceeds the maximum limit, elastomer strip is recommended.
