AERO-CURE CG-8021


AERO-CURE CG-8021, an Aeronod proprietary product, is a Nickel/Carbon ultra soft conductive FIP gasket cured at high temperature. With guaranteed adhesion strength and conductivity, it features ultra soft property by adjusting ingredients mixing ratio. It has a soft and smooth surface without cross section deformed after curing.
With low hardness, good elasticity and low compression set, AERO-CURE CG-8021 has good adhesion to metal and plastic surfaces. The product can be applied to optical transceivers, telecommunication base stations, radar equipment, handheld device and consumer electronics.

  • Minimum: width 0.7 × height 0.5 (mm)
  • Recommended: width 1.25 × height 0.9 (mm)
  • Maximum: width 2.5 × height 1.7 (mm)

Note:
1. Dispensing cross section defaults to D shape, Δ shape is determined as per actual product.
2. When dispensing size exceeds the maximum limit, elastomer strip is recommended.
