AERO-CURE CG-5011


AERO-CURE CG-5011 is an Aerobon proprietary product cured at room temperature and a FIP conductive gasket with tiny Silver/Nickel filler. With guaranteed excellent conductivity and dispensing flow rate, it is characterized by ultra-fine and smooth texture with well-proportioned ingredients. The FIP gasket can be dispensed onto a narrow ridged contact surface while maintaining designed cross section shape without deformation.

With soft texture, good elasticity and low compression set, AERO-CURE CG-5011 has good adhesion to various metal and plastic surfaces. The product can be applied to optical transceivers, telecommunication base stations, radar equipment, handheld devices and consumer electronics, etc.

  • Recommended: width 0.5 × height 0.35 (mm)

Note:
1. Dispensing cross section defaults to D shape, Δ shape is determined as per actual product.
2. When dispensing size exceeds the maximum limit, elastomer strip is recommended.
