AERO-CURE CG-5010


Aerobon's AERO-CURE CG-5010, an Aerobon proprietary product, is a FIP conductive gasket with typical Silver/Nickel filler size. With guaranteed excellent conductivity and considerable elasticity, it features elastic resilience upon assembly.
With excellent conductivity, good elasticity and low compression set, AERO-CURE CG-5010 has good adhesion to metal and plastic surface. The product is intended for defense and critical industrial applications.

  • Minimum: width 0.5 × height 0.25 (mm)
  • Recommended: width 1.0 × height 0.73 (mm)
  • Maximum: width 2.5 × height 1.7 (mm)

Note:
1. Dispensing cross section defaults to D shape, Δ shape is determined as per actual product.
2. When dispensing size exceeds the maximum limit, elastomer strip is recommended.
